Practical Expertise. Responsibility for Your Success.
Incorrectly chosen EMS partners, unstable supply chains, and a lack of operational support are the most common reasons why production relocations fail or existing manufacturing structures come under pressure.
The EMS Strategy Group solves precisely these problems – as former EMS founders and managing directors with nearly four decades of operational responsibility in the European electronics industry. We have managed factories ourselves, set up production lines, and stabilized supply chains during times of crisis. We do not know the vulnerabilities of a production system from textbooks, but from entrepreneurial practice.
Whether it is a production relocation, safeguarding existing manufacturing structures, or continuous production and supply chain monitoring – we guide OEMs from the initial analysis to the stable series and beyond. Exclusively in the interest of the OEM. Without selling our own capacities.
I have been active in electronics manufacturing since 1986 – from daily production line operations to founding and managing my own EMS provider. Today, within the EMS Strategy Group, I am responsible for the structuring and operational management of outsourced manufacturing in Europe.
My focus lies on selecting suitable EMS partners, establishing resilient supply chains, and ensuring stable series production. International experience, including several years of professional activity in Brazil, shapes my work and enables me to successfully implement complex projects across Europe.
For me, it is not just about costs, but above all about process stability, clear interfaces, and effective obsolescence management – the foundation for long-term secured manufacturing. My operational experience is complemented by an MBA in Business Administration.
