We act as an independent interface between development, supply chain, and manufacturing. In doing so, we do not take over operational production or classic purchasing functions.
Our task is to structure decision-making processes, validate them technically, and support their implementation.
Production decisions are frequently made in isolation – with corresponding risks to stability and scalability. Our collaboration is based on an integrated view of manufacturing structure, material availability, and operational execution.

The collaboration follows a clear logic. At the beginning, both existing production and supply chains as well as new product projects are analyzed in a structured manner and converted into reliable bases for decision-making.
Technical requirements, potential manufacturing models, and critical material and supply chain aspects are taken into account.
During the implementation phase, we support the selection and integration of suitable structures – from the initial sourcing to stable series production.
Depending on the project, we also take on operational tasks, particularly in evaluating manufacturing structures, coordinating between the OEM and partners, and supporting production ramp-ups.
The collaboration takes place directly with the responsible functions on the OEM side.
